This past Christmas I thought I would make fudge to give out as gifts. I am pretty good at baking but had never made fudge before. No experience didn’t bother me one bit, after all, how hard could it be?
What I learned is something I knew but ignored. Dealing with sugar and dealing with chocolate is an art that I was unprepared for, especially under the time constraints and stress of the holidays.
